Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, recently unveiled the inaugural product from her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. After hinting at the brand’s launch on March 14 through a dedicated website and Instagram page, she finally revealed the first offering: strawberry jam. Close aides shared the news on their individual Instagram stories, showcasing that the Duchess sent out a limited batch of 50 jars.
She added a personal touch to her products by individually numbering each jar in her handwriting. Designer Tracy Robbins shared a photo of the jar she received, nestled in a basket alongside lemons, on her Instagram story.
“Thank you for the delicious basket! I absolutely love this jam so not sure I’m sharing it with anyone,” she wrote as a message on the photo, adding, “Thank you M!” Robbins, whose jar was numbered “17 of 50,” also tagged the official Instagram handle of American Riviera Orchard.
Though the Duchess of Sussex hasn’t unveiled the complete range of her lifestyle brand, a trademark application filed recently offers insights into potential future products. The application mentions several edible items such as jars, spreads, butter, marmalades, tea, coffee, and sauces along with bath and shower gels, cosmetics, fragrance sachets, pet shampoo, stationery, tableware, linens, and yoga mats.
